Developer signs 20MW Waste-to-Energy PPA with the New York Power Authority

Waste-to-Energy Project located in Montgomery, New York

The company has signed a 20-year power off-take agreement with the New York Power Authority for a 20 MW Waste-to-Energy facility. The total investment to build the plant is $350 million with a capacity to process 1,050 Ton of waste per day.

Form of Income Producing Agreements

Multiple revenue streams are generated from Waste-to-Energy projects

1) Solid Waste Processing and Disposal Agreements

The Company has entered into Solid Waste Processing and Disposal Agreements ("Waste P&D Agreements") with eleven municipalities in Orange County, New York. A base tip fee is paid.

2) Power Purchase Agreement

The Company entered into a twenty-year master power purchase and sale agreement ("PPA") with the New York Power Authority. Commencing operation, the Company will sell all environmental attributes including renewable energy credits, offsets, allowances.

3) Other Waste

The Company will process C&D waste as well as raw wood waste at the facility as additional sources of revenue.
